The Yoga Pilates House
A 2-night course, accessible to everyone, combining yoga and Pilates as well as the discovery of the wonderful Provençal landscapes and villages. In addition to wellness sessions, you will participate in cooking workshops, where you will learn to prepare simple recipes like homemade granola and savory pies. You will be accompanied by two teachers passionate about discoveries and travel, ready to guide you throughout this relaxing break.
Meet Julie-Anne @holi_devi_yogi and Julie @lajuliesse for a cocooning yoga & massage weekend on the theme of spring, a season that we generally associate with a renewal of energies. Corresponding to the liver organ in Chinese medicine, it is the ideal time to begin a physical and energetic detox.
Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher in Marseille, Julie-Anne draws on the resources of these three approaches to yoga to work in depth on the field of emotions.
